Do you ever get stuck in a smoothie rut? I’ve been stuck in one lately, and I’ve been making the same ‘ole smoothie for a couple of weeks. So here are some new vegan smoothie recipes that are worth trying this week to break up the monotony!

Are you on snack duty soon? Here is a list of uncomplicated, healthy vegan, gluten-free and nut-free snacks to buy and prepare for your favorite sports team. Be sure to check labels for hidden allergens and to choose organic whenever possible.
