Every day, I hear from my friends and clients that they’re bombarded with messages about what they need to be happy and successful. These messages come in the form of emails, Instagram and Facebook posts, Pinterest, TV shows, websites, and more. They tell us what to eat, what to buy, what workouts to do, what events to attend, and how to behave. The result is information overload.

What is Holistic Health Coaching

There are countless “healthy” diets out there, and most of them contradict each other. It’s hard to know which one to follow, let alone which exercises, mindfulness practices, detoxes, and other healthy habits are right for you.

That’s where I come in. Your doctor likely won’t have the time to get to know you well enough to personalize a plan just for you, but I can. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m not here to sell you anything. I simply want to help you succeed, heal, and find joy and passion in your life.

What it Isn’t

Holistic Health Coaching does not take the place of your practitioner. I do not offer medical advice or diagnosis. I bridge the gap between you and your practitioner to help you achieve your best physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. That could mean lots of different things to different people. Such as nutritional coaching, health tips and tricks, lifestyle recommendations, healing modalities, etc..
